If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, not as described or arrives after a stated delivery schedule for reasons within our control, contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange the appropriate replacement, return or refund after review.

Email [email protected] within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, reason and clear photos if the item is damaged, incorrect or different from its description.

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags, packaging and accessories. Wait for written instructions before sending it so the parcel reaches the correct return location.

After an accepted return is received and checked, we process the refund within 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, customer care will confirm a suitable refund method. We will never ask for your OTP, UPI PIN or banking password.

Used, worn, washed, altered or damaged-after-delivery items are not eligible for a change-of-mind return. For hygiene, opened earrings and socks are also excluded. These limits do not reduce your rights if an item is defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed.

JBRB pays or arranges return shipping for accepted damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed items. For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
