When you order, we use your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing addresses, chosen products, order amount and any message you send to customer care.

We also receive basic device and connection information needed to keep your bag working, protect checkout and prevent fraudulent orders.

We use it to save your bag, check delivery availability, place and deliver your order, send order updates, answer questions, manage cancellations or returns, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

We share only the information needed with companies that help us process orders, host the website, send order updates, prevent fraud and deliver parcels. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.

This storefront does not collect online card-payment details for a Cash on Delivery order. Payment is due on delivery when COD is offered and selected.

We keep order and support information only for as long as needed to complete your order, help you, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where reasonably possible.
